I have been practicing dentistry for nearly twenty years and have used
computers in some form or another. I have always strived to make my life
easier so that I can concentrate on my dentistry (and golf time).
I was introduced to LiveDDM through Patterson Dental 3 years ago and
I have never looked back. I find the
software simple to use and am able to
achieve all my goals of being a "chartless"
dental office Live DDM has fulfilled all my
requirements and those of the RCDSO.
If ever I need back up to any queries they are just a phone call or email away and all of the team from the owners to the tech support agents are excellent in their knowledge and problem solving skills. I cannot imagine practicing dentistry |

| without LiveDDM. Both of my offices are connected via the internet. I have no issues in integrating all of my digital needs may they be intra oral, extra oral pictures or digital x-rays. |
