We have used LiveDDM for our three practices for many years now and find the software to be very user friendly. The regular updates and the friendly, patient and knowledgeable support staff are truly a pleasure to work with at The Doctor Company.
When we made the decision to go paperless, we consulted with Lorene McIntyre about using the Live Advisor program to implement the process. Lorene is extremely knowlageable of the software and also the management aspect of a dental office. These qualities made our transition much smoother and The Doctor Company accommodated our need for multiple staff to be on site so that all three locations could 'go live' the same day. The prior training, preparitory work and actual implementation was guided very smoothly by Lorene with maximum consultation regarding our office policies and procedures.
I would recommend The Doctor Company, it's software, training personell and support network to anyone thinking about computerizing their office or changing software.

Our office has been using LiveDDM for over three years now. It has been a pleasure working with a dental software company that considers many different aspects within the dental office--form tracking treatment progress to various valuable monthly reports.
LiveDDM also listens and responds positively to feedback often incorporating our requested additions and changes into their software. The technical support LiveDDM offers through instant messenger, over the internet, is quick and easy--allowing any problems to be looked into right away. Continual updates allows for constant improvements. Offices looking at a long term goal of going "paperless" should seriously consider LiveDDM. We are constantly looking forward to the many new features LiveDDM has to offer!
About Dr. Mancuso
Dr. Mancuso graduated from the University of Toronto in 1985 and has maintained a general dental practice in Welland, Ontario ever since. He is a fellow of the following:-Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of Dentistry International, the Pierre Fauchard Academy, and the International Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics. Dr. Mancuso has appeared on Canada AM and local cable network. He has published articles for dental journals and has lectured to various dental organizations in Canada, the United States and internationally. He is the Past President of the Ontario AGD and current Mastertrack Director. He has served on the Membership Council at AGD National. He is on the editorial board of Spectrum-the CJDT and serves as a director for the NPDA – a component association of the ODA. Dr. Mancuso conceived and developed "Millennium Aesthetics in Niagara" - a live hands-on program that teaches dentists and staff anterior aesthetic diagnosis and treatment.

We have been running LiveDDM in our office for nearly two years now. I opened a new practice and went through the ardorous task of finding dental suppliers for every facet of my office. LiveDDM came highly recommended, and after a demo knew that this was the software for my office. Our hardware is also handled by their LiveHardware division, and are always there whenever an issue might arise.
Their staff is super helpful and down to earth. LiveDDM worked great with all the other contractors involved in my office opening to make sure everything was working perfectly for opening day. They had suggestions and comments on how to make my technology work better for me, and gave me options based on how I run my practice.

I have been practicing dentistry for nearly twenty years and have used computers in some form or another. I have always strived to make my life easier so that I can concentrate on my dentistry (and golf time). I was introduced to LiveDDM through Patterson Dental 3 years ago and I have never looked back. I find the software simple to use and am able to achieve all my goals of being a "chartless" dental office Live DDM has fulfilled all my requirements and those of the RCDSO.
If ever I need back up to any queries they are just a phone call or email away and all of the team from the owners to the tech support agents are excellent in their knowledge and problem solving skills. I cannot imagine practicing dentistry without LiveDDM. Both of my offices are connected via the internet. I have no issues in integrating all of my digital needs may they be intra oral, extra oral pictures or digital x-rays.
